Hello, Doc. This Is A Bit Of An Embarrassment For
ghost since I am so light skinned. The amusing part, I guess, is I am the darkest one in the family. My mother
and my siblings stay on top of it with complete mole checks every 3 months. I have not had one since I was a
child. My GP wants to do one ASAP as she found something on my eyelid. Of all places. She told me on Friday
what complete meant. Not only do I have to completely undress but her nurse is going to take photos so the
progression of anything of suspect can be tracked. Is this really needed? Please understand that I harbor no
delusions or illusions with either woman. Yes, they are both attractive and they are both married. My problem,
one of many, is that I will have a biological response to the situation. Even worse, those pictures! Thanks, XXXXXXX
Mole check is necessary for you. See advices below .
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Taking count of your family history of skin cancer and you having very light skin are two very important criteria that you are at risk of developing skin cancer and in this case a mole check is needed.
Seeing all the moles allover skin and taking photos of them is exactly how it is done.
It is probable that you may have that biochemical response but you can help yourself not thinking about it. Think about something else, don't think about sexual fantasies, think about another problem or try to resolve a mathematical exercise.
Also distracted yourself when those thoughts come. Keep meditating and focus on breathing.
Valium can help you relax and not have an erection.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
