Question: Hello Doctor,

45 Days back i had been to a message parlor where therapist gave a hand job and i ejaculated near her vagina iam not sure if my penis had touched her vagina or not. From that day onwards i have this pain on my left testicle(Till Now) and for few days(from the day of exposure) had burning sensation while passing urine, but since 25 days burning sensation is not their.

I visited 2 Urologist 20 days back , both after through physical check of my testicles and penis had ruled out any STD or any other infection . I underwent numurious test like Testicle Scan , Kindly scan, Liver Scan Urine Routine , Urine Culture etc... all the result were normal and even both epididymitis were normal.

There is no discharge from Penis till now, but i always feel there is something comming out of penis, but when i check my foreskin(will be sightly wet always) and penis head will be dry...

But even now i have this nagging pain on my left testicle.

What could be the reason.

Regards
SP

Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM.

There is no risk of HIV in your exposure as there is no penetrative act and the results of the tests are also negative so you need not to worry about HIV. Pain in the testicle might be due to something else for which consult any surgeon to isolate the cause and follow the advice. For any other query feel free to ask me and I am here to help you out always.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
The risk with single encounter is very less.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

The risk of getting HIV from single episode of unprotected vaginal sex is very less even with positive partner but it is always perferable to use condom during such encounters. If still you have any other doubt feel free to ask me and I am here to help you out. Be relaxed, forget the episode and live your life normally.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
The risk is very unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

In your first query you had mentioned that it was just hand job in which the risk is zero and if you had unprotected sex with positive partner for once only then also the risk is very less so don't get afraid or anxious but as your friend I will advice you to stay away from such unsafe sexual practices. If still any help is required please let me know.

Thank You
