Good Afternoon,
I am Rajesh Gangadharan and I am 40 years old. I am having Lazy eye and the vision on my left eye will function only if I close the right eye. Recently I have started to drive car (30 Days) and to see the left side mirror, I have to turn on my neck multiple times as the vision on my left side eye is bad.
I have started to get neck pain and now experiencing stiff neck. To work around the issue, I am working with the car dealer to fix the camera and display for left side mirror.
However requesting your help to provide medical assistance for my neck pain and stiff neck.
Thanks and Regards
Rajesh G

Brief Answer:
Isometric neck exercises can help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain and stiffness in your neck is due to stress on the neck muscles due to abnormal neck position related to poor vision in one eye. You need to relax your neck properly by doing isometric neck exercises which you can learn from a proficient physiotherapist.
Till then taking oral muscle relaxants, doing a hot compress, using a cervical collar or proper neck support will help. You can also avoid using a pillow.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
