Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going to the medical details provided by you of your brother I can understand your concern for his health and here I would like to tell you that I have seen the echocardiography report of your brother and I can see e the pumping capacity of his heart is somewhere around 35 to 40%.

Also what I am able to see is that there is no regional wall motion abnormality of the left ventricle instead there is global LV hypokinesia which means primarily it is not due to some cardiac issue but secondary to or a complication of chronic kidney disease.

Only thing that can be done is optimal medical therapy just to support and prevent further deterioration of cardiac function over a period of time.

A cardiologist needs to be consulted in person for a proper evaluation and to get prescription of optimal medical therapy.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
1. Yes will be possible but will be a high risk surgery due to moderate LV dysfunction.

2. With LVEF <35% ICD will be an option to prevent sudden cardiac death due to any arrythmias.

Kind Regards
