Question: Hello Doctor,
I am 28 Female, working professional.
I have inter menstrual blood spotting(very light and brown discharge, which does not require a pad).In January. after 10th day of my periods it started and had it for 2-3 days.

My period is due on 21st March. on 10th of March(yesterday), i have noticed brown spotting again(very light, only once in the afternoon)

Could you tell , what could be the reason for this?

Thanks for your response.
Usually I see white discharge(watery, sometimes egg white consistency).
yesterday, it was white viscous discharge which has little viscous blood spotting.

I will get the tests done.
I am attaching my previous yearly checkup reports along with TRANSVAGINAL SCAN report(got it done last year when my period was late for 50days.

Brief Answer:
It shows infection and PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
I have gone through your report and it shows pelvic infection and PCOD( endocrine disorder ).
So your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by PCOD and vaginal infection.
You should take high protein diet with lots of vegetables and fruits and exercise regularly.
You can take antibiotics for vaginal discharge after confirming the type of infection.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
