Question : Hello Doctor,
I am a geneticist with OCD from South XXXXXXX
Today, my hairdresser cut her hands while cutting my hair. The instruments were thoroughly disinfected before that BUT not after her minor cut. I don't think and I did not feel she cut my head after that with the same scissors.
Is there any reason to be concerned or it is just another episode of OCD?

I can understand your problem. This is just anxiety and these are intrusive thoughts. You know it very well that there was no cut on your head and no chances of infection still you have anxiety. This is due to OCD only. Nothing to worry.
