Detailed Answer:
Hii. The bleeding from the nose is not due to overheating of the body. It may be dryness of the nose which leads to crushing of the blood vessels. It may be due to allergic rhinitis. Are you having any allergic symptoms like sneezing, watering from nose, headache? You can start nasoclear nasal drop for 2 week. Don't put fingers in nose. Drink plenty of water. It it becomes recurrent again and its amount get increased then you have to consult an Ent surgeon. You may need to do a nasal endoscopy and x ray of the sinuses and review. But for time start with nasal drop. Check your blood pressure also and monitor it.
