Hello Doctor, I Am Hearing Some Sound From My RIGHT
![default](/r/images/default.png)
I am hearing some sound from my RIGHT knee whenever I am bending/climbing up stairs. It' s happening from last 3 weeks. There is not any pain, but I am not able to lift my leg up freely when I am lying.
Can be mild inflammation or decreased joint lubricants.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The hearing of a sound from the knee without any pain or discomfort can be due to mild inflammation of the internal structures of the knee. This can be related to mild decrease in the joint lubricants also. The earlier graft that was taken for the surgery is not likely to cause the noise that you are feeling. You can try some physiotherapy exercises to increase the joint mobility and start with joint lubricant supplements like Glucosamine and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
