Question: Hello Doctor,
I have completed anti rabies vaccination on 14 th January.
Till how many days it will be effective?

On 23 rd January, I found a small wound on my hand which I am not sure about?
I am adding photo of it . Am I still safe if that wound is bite which I am not sure of?

I am a bit anxious and I have caught up between a thought cycle loop after this incident to take the injection. Can you please suggest a way to stop thinking about it. May be a medication to relax myself.

The new wound is the reason if my doubt. Can we say what type of wound is that from the photo uploaded?
