Brief Answer:
Dermatitis, topical steroid & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photograph.
It is not looking like fungal infection. It seems to be dermatitis. If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Also keep the area moisturised, avoid harsh soaps, wear cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
