Hello Doctor , I Have Fever Of 100 Degrees Today
Question: Hello Doctor , I have fever of 100 degrees today and a right side chest pain. Doctor prescribed me PZOLE and ACEMAX-P medicines. Since i left her i have severe right side chest pain and unable to lie down properly. Can you please suggest me any medicine for my chest pain.

I have gone through your query with diligence. Most likely your problem can be lower respiratory infection.
Do you have cough?
Or breathlessness.?
If cough is there, whether it is productive?
Taking mucolitics like mucolite is good. You can also take antihistamines like cetirizine. Steam inhalation will be helpful. You can also take warm chicken soup with pepper. Taking lemon tea is also good.
Taking acetaminophen 1gm will be helpful to ease chest pain.
As you have started antibiotic azemax (azithromycin) you can wait for improvement. If no improvement stronger antibiotics will be required.
But if pain is more and radiating type better to go to ER and have an EKG to rule out any cardiac cause to be on safe side.
Blood routine examination should be done if your fever is already 3 days.
