Hello Doctor, I Just Had An Ultrasound Of My Abdominal

Question: Hello Doctor,
I just had an ultrasound of my abdominal area and was told that I have angiomylopoma (tumor of 1 cm) on my right kidney. I found out 2 days ago. I had some bulging on my right side and also some pain in my low back (probably due to the kidney tumor?). I also have some pain in the clitoris area (soreness/swelling)-maybe urethra issues? It have to push my right side in when I pee/use the restroom. I also have a burning or stinging sensation in the entry to vagina. The pain in my right side is not ovarian cysts. I do have pains on both my ovaries but those are different and much lower. This pain is higher about even with my belly button and goes across.
My side hurt off and on from April to XXXXXXX but then I got pregnant in July and things started to get weird and more painful. I have read online that the pregnancy hormones can make it grow faster and I am wondering if that is the case? I also read online that as the uterus extends / pushes out with the formation of a baby later on it pushes on the kidneys and could potentially burst it, causing problems for both the fetus and mother (me). I also can't get a good breath in if I sit up straight, although I'm not sure if that's a simple lung infection or the lymphangioleiomyomatosis that sometimes happens along side these types of kidney tumors. I am only 6-7 weeks pregnant right now and was considering abortion anyway. To add to it, I have 3 significant uterine fibroids and ovarians cysts (PCOS). Also, not sure but think there might be flecks in my urine?
I am hoping for a kidney specialist to answer this question. If I continue with the pregnancy, what is the likelihood, I will have a safe one? What is the likelihood the tumor will grow more? What is the likelihood that there is a normal birth? What is the likelihood of a surgery during pregnancy? Is there a chance my doctor will recommend that I not continue with the pregnancy due to this? Can the ultrasound see every part of the kidney as well as a CT scan? I wasn't pregnant would they do a CT scan? Would they treat this any differently? I don't know how to proceed/what doctor to go to. If they want me terminate the pregnancy, I want to know soon b/c the sooner the better as the procedure gets harder the longer you wait.

Brief Answer:
Benign tumor, not cause for concern, won't be a problem for your pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
good then thank you for being with health care magic and i am very sorry to hear that you are very stressed regarding your condition i hope i'll be able to help you in some way.

angiomyolipomas (AML) are benign tumors the kidney and are usually of no clinical significance. a one cm aml would not be a problem during pregnancy or probably during your lifetime. recommendations would be it could cause problems during pregnancy such as bleeding and infection if it's more than 4 cm because the hormones during pregnancy would cause the AMLs to bleed spontaneously.

also i don't think this kidney tumor is causing your symptoms because a 1 cm aml is too small to cause anything.

this benign tumor would not be a reason for you to terminate your pregnancy. chance of normal birth is very very high and i don't expect you to have any problems in terms of the aml.
