Doctor, Attatched are the pictures. I experience two types, one which start with tiny, not so painful, spots and then develop pus and the other that grow quite a lot internally and become very painful and may or may not have pus in them. I've also at times have issues with folliculitis on scalp and beard areas. I also have back acne. It is frustrating that I rarely see myself without acne. Thanks
Brief Answer:
Antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for replying back.
Since you mention that they are filled with pus, it indicates that they are due to infection. This needs antibiotics, Cap Doxycycline 100mg once after food in the night for a minimum of 1 month will solve the issue.
Clindamycin ointment in combination with adapalene applied in the night further potentiates the work of the oral antibiotics.
Regular washing of the face with a good face wash is a must, no matter you are in home town or outside.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
