How Will It Affect Pregnancy In The Future?

I want to discuss the case of my alliance
I met one girl over a matrimonial site recently for marriage.
After one month when things started getting serious she shared that she has chron's disease.
Her History is as follows
She got diagnosed with Chron's disease in 2017. Initially, tab Azathioprine was given but the patient XXXXXXX leukocytopenia. It was reintroduced with a low dose but again the same issue so now she is taking adalimumab for one year and in remission since then.
My family is quite concerned about this disease as this is a pure arrange marriage and things like why she didn't share that earlier and all? I want to know the prognosis of this disease.
Please help me with the below points.
1. It is in remission for one year with the Adalimumab medicine fortnightly maintenance dose. She is 31 years old at present. Will there be chances that this disease remains in remission for the entire life.
2. How will it affect pregnancy in the future?. Will these medicines affect pregnancy or any danger to the child or miscarriage.
3. Can it get transferred to our child also?
4. Are there chances that these medicines will stop working in the future and then we can be in problem.
5. By any chance can it also get transferred to me like if we do any sexual activities including Oral sex.
6. I also have a plan to move abroad USA in the future soon, Will it be covered under Insurance in the USA, and as I heard Humaria is very costly in the USA.
I also want to share when I met her she looks perfectly normal and no restriction on diet or anything. I am confused about this disease.
Please go through detailed answer dear.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Have seen your details sir and I appreciate your concerns.
As per your query answers are-
1)Crohn's disease is a condition where the fighter cells of our body can't differentiate between body cell and external Intruders and therefore start attacking each and every thing in intestine.
All the drugs you have mentioned are Immunomodulatory in easy words they weakens the immune system of your body and therefore the attacks by fighter cells would be less and therefore patient would be relieved.Problem is that as with any other condition where autoimmunity is involved results are unpredictable....How the patient would respond would be unpredictable....Actually there is no cure and symptoms keep on waxing and waning...As their is no cure and you are going for a life long relationship of love please be aware that yes things won't be as smooth as they would be with a healthy person.
So no in 95% patients flaring is there..But each patient is different..so some responds very well with time while other becomes miserable.
2)Immuno modulators are not used during pregnancy..So patient may have to suffer from severe flare ups. However again may be at that time patients symptoms are not there so every thing would be ok..Again different person different presentations
3)Genetic association there but not necessary(See modern medicine till date don't know why it happens).
4)Yes it's a unpredictable disease but most of the patients are ok with therapy. But yes for an autoimmune disease no one can predict anything.
5)It's not STD.
6)You can contact insurance helpline in USA and as she already has this condition so are they going to provide insurance post green card or not.
At last I would just say if she is normal and things are ok keep your courtship period for one year..Observe things...If she remain good for one year then you can marry her...
Life is unpredictable no one knows what happens to a person.
Only suggestion is-
Keep observing for an year and if things remain ok marry her...
Hope I was helpful.
Regards!

I completely understand your point for observing for one year. But unfortunately this is not possible since alliance would not wait till then.
I was told that she is in remission since 10 months with taking HUMIRA® (adalimumab) twice a month. And reports which has shared is of 3 years back when disease was diagnosed.
I would like to highlight again- This is not love marriage, we just met two months back and also she is a MD,Anaesthesiologist herself. I am an Engineer by profession, I don't know much about these medical things.
I have seen some videos on YouTube where People have shared difficult stories for this disease. I totally have my sympathy with people suffering from this disease but as this is Marriage decision ( NOT LOVE MARRIAGE) I would need practical advise from your side.
Based on your experience can you please share some more thoughts about this.
Also can it be possible that we can carry this medicine from XXXXXXX to USA since it is much cheaper in XXXXXXX
100 ML is approved in Airlines. Do you know someone who has done that way.
Thanks
Aman
It's a non curable disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
As you are asking for a practical advise and as this is a arranged marriage and as your fiance has not shared this detail earlier you have all rights to move on(Again I would say that every patient is different so some may not have a flare up for years on medications while others may not respond at all to medicine).
Yes you would need a prescription and your doctor/family member could even parcel the medications to U.S.A!
Regards!
Hope you got the answer.

Can you please let me know if you have got 3 reports i have attached . If not I can reattach them again.
It would be peace to know that your response are based on the reports which I shared.
Also one last question have you seen in your experience- chrons patient having healthy deliveries after marriage.
Thanks
Aman
Thanks
Aman
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Yes I have received all the emails from HealthcareMagic they are colonoscopic images and biopsy reports showing that it's crohns.
