Mirena inserted in Feb 2018 and regularly I use to check if I can touch the thread inside. But, since 3 days I am not feeling Mirena thread inside... is that Ok or do I need to consult gynec immediately. Please advice.

The possibility of migrating inside the uterus is another possibility.
ONCE the GYNAECOLOGIST does a speculum examination it can be confirmed. ultrasound scan confirms it's presence inside.
