Brief Answer:
The hormonal levels are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
I have checked all the hormonal levels that you have done. Your levels of LH, FSH, Prolactin, Insulin, testosterone- free and available are all normal. The androgen index is slightly on a higher side- can be related to PCOD.
The Vitamin D3 and thyroid medicine are given if these levels are low and the dosage depends on the levels that you have. Ovacet is given for a healthy egg formation and to decrease the effect of PCOD on the ovaries. The medicines that you have been prescribed are correct.
You need to lose extra weight and maintain a low carbohydrate diet with regular exercise to reduce the effect of PCOD on your metabolism.
I hope this answers your query.
