Question: Hello Doctor, My age is 30 and done with following blood test on Day 3 of menstrual cycle
LH-3.97 mIU/ml
FSH- 7.19 mIU/ml
Prolactin- 17.87 ng/ml
Insulin F -7.78 mU/L
Testosterone free- .31 ng/ml
Available Testosterone- 7.64 ng/DL
Androgen index -1.51 %
Hba1c 5.5
So my question is some time my sugar level is so much less that is after 4 hour lunch is 48 and some time after heavy food is 180 after two hour lunch pp ,so am confused why it is so fluctuating these reading I have seen three times so what exactly is the reason of that fluctuations as my insulin resistant is also normal and recently after my sugar level fluctuations I diagnosed with pcod so what wrong with my body my height is 5 feet and weight is 51.3

Dear XXXXXXX Hi! I can understand the confusion. There is a primary statement, if things are not troubling you, you may stay relaxed.
If these fluctuations are troubling you, then we need whole lot of work up.
1. TSH
2. FT4
3. Cortisol
4. TTGA
5. Prolonged supervised fasting assessment of critical sample.
6. may be MRI pituitary with contrasr
7. CT abdomen for pancreas
once all of these are in hand, we will be in a position to comment.
