Brief Answer:
1ml twice daily
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I understand your concern
Most of the cold in children are viral and need only supportive measures. You can give the same medicine 1ml twice daily for 3-5 days. Use saline nasal drops for any nasal blockage, 2 drops 4 times daily. Along with this give paracetamol suspension (250mg/5ml) 3 ml when needed.
Most cases will respond to these measures in 3-5 days. If no relief by then or he develops cough and breathing difficulty, we can evaluate further
I hope this answer will help
