Hello Doctor, My Wife Is Now Pregnant And 33 Weeks

Question: Hello Doctor,
My wife is now pregnant and 33 Weeks +2 days today. In todays growth scan there was a comment "Fetal AC and FL growth is slowed down and is on the 10th centile. The HC growth is maintained, Overall the fetal growth is on 16th centile." Need advice please...
Also, in the previous scan, "The Placenta is on the right lateral wall of the uterus, the lower edge of the placenta is well away from the internal OS. The Placenta has basal plate calcification (Grade 3 Placenta)" was commented <-- Scan was done on 30 weeks + 2 Days.
Her weight now is 71.8 and since one month she gained 4Kgs. whereas baby growth in a month was 400 grams.
Thanks,
Yousuf Sait

Brief Answer:
You have to take more protein.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and report and understand your concerns.
As your report showing low fetal growth, you have to take a more protein diet.
You have to take amino acids XXXXXXX for fetal growth.
If the placenta is far from os, that is a good sign.
In your case, the placenta is fully mature so you may go for emergency LSCS surgery for fetal well being.
Hope you found this useful, feel free to ask for more information.
Good luck
Regards

Sure Doctor,
Can you suggest any amino acids sachet?
And, emergency LSCS surgery, are you referring there might be chances of pre-mature baby born?..
I need advice to be prepared, Please help me on the same. Currently we are asked to monitor the baby movements, is it enough?... is there any First Aid I should know, any sign that I need to take my wife to the hospital immediately.
Thanks,
Yousuf Sait
