I can understand your concern... I would like to inform you that the X-ray report and the extra film which you have attached is normal.

First of all, I would like to know more about her medical history like:

1. Is she diabetic or hypertensive
2. Is she overweight
3. Does she have any thyroid dysfunction
4. Did she undergo any recent blood tests, ECG or echocardiogram, if yes I would like to review the reports so kindly upload them

As her chest X-ray looks fine so the reason of her breathing problem could be heart problem for which echocardiography is required

For her leg discomfort, it could be due to diabetes or electrolyte deficiency or some other medical conditions for which detailed blood testings are required.

Kindly revert back with the details.

Thanks for the detailed feedback.

Her overall reports are normal except for her haemoglobin levels which are on the lower side. Anaemia can itself be the reason of breathlessness and sense of fatigue and weakness. Sometimes patient can also experience chest discomfort.

It can very well be taken care with the help of iron supplements like Tab orofer XT one tablet daily over a period of 3 months.

Her echo is also normal except for some minor age related changes.
