Brief Answer:
Sinus bradycardia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus bradycardia. No other significant St t or other abnormalities seen.
He needs to evaluated for cause. If patient does heavy activities or sports then this can be a normal finding. I guess he is not taking medicine like Beta blockers, which can cause such low heart rate.
So, he should undergo echo and holter monitoring which is 24 hour ecg. He should also undergo thyroid profile. If all these turns out to be normal then it can be regarded as a age related change. Also, enquire about history of dizziness or syncope in the past and if present then suggests it to be abnormal.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
