I have seen the attached picture.
Cord falling off is a normal phenomenon.
No need to worry.
My tips
1. Keep the area clean and dry.
2. Wash with baby soap and water daily.
3. You can apply antiseptic like mupirocin if there is any discharge from the umbilical stump.
