Brief Answer:
A thorough health check-up is needed at first...
Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
Well, first of all, the Thyroid medication supplements should never be stopped on your own... Now, for further treatment, a full set of body check-up needs to be done properly in-person and on repeated intervals by a doctor...
So, at first, apart from the Thyroid Function test, it's recommended that you should get yourself checked up clinically under the supervision of an Internal Medicine specialist. Along with this, the doctor may also advise thorough sets of investigations including CBC, ESR, LFT, KFT, Lipid profile, Blood sugar levels, Vit D3 levels, 12 lead ECG, to look into it in detail...
Management can be done based on the findings. So, just visit the Internal Medicine Specialist at first for the clinical check-up followed by the thorough sets of investigations as already explained.
Take Care
Kind Regards
