recently Mrs XXXXXXX had conducted medical test with ECG where T inversion are found in ECG.
request you guide -
1) Are these changes significant ?
2) Do Mrs XXXXXXX require any treatment ?

3)-Does any other medical test require to rule out any anomaly.

Hello

After reviewing the ECG image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with t wave inversions in precordial Leads which could be non-specific in female patients or could be due to underlying myocardial ischaemia.

It’s So taking into consideration her age group it’s advisable to get an echocardiography done.
