Question: Hello Doctor, while wearing shoe at work on Friday, I felt a bit weird on one of my toes. It is a great shoe and have been wearing for a year now. After coming home I noticed that toe having a black mark almost like a bruise, I don't remember bruising or stubbing it recently. I want to get it checked mainly. can you see the attached picture ? It is not painful to touch now.

Brief Answer:
Looks like a bruise or wart, keep it under observation

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like a bruise from unnoticed trauma.
The other less likely possibility is wart which is a viral infection.
I would recommend you to keep it under observation and check whether it is reducing in size over the next few days.
Also is it solid bump or feels like a clotted blood?
Do you have any ailments or taking any medicines?
