Hello Doctors Good Day I Am Doing My Medical Check

I am doing my medical check up every year employment purpose. This time my mantoux test positive 20 mm . After 4 days of this test I give a blood sample for IGRA test and come positive too. My chest x Ray is normal, Hiv report negative, Liver test report normal. I don't have cough and I gain 7 kg weight in last 3 month. Afte all these test I visited a doctor in my city. He told me after he checked all my report that I do not need any medicine because I a activ TB. I visited on social media and websites and found that I have a Latent TB. I am looking for medicine. Please suggest medicine and how mny months I have to take . Thank you in advance.

Plus we all have TB bacilli in our body in dormant stage.
So it is very much likely to get positive MT and TB Gold Test despite of no symptoms.
So no need to worry for latent TB and hence no treatment is required.
But if you still want to take, start Isoniazid 300mg once a day before breakfast for 6 months.

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX for your reply. May I know what did you see in my attached report I am positive or negative. Can you please suggest less then 6 months of treatment. I heard if TB medicine skip 1 day then have to start from beginning again. Thank you again.

I am starting soon Isoniazid 300 mg daily for 6 month. Do you recommend vitamin B6 with Isoniazid? Do I need to repeat IGRA test again before stopping medicine.
