Therapeutic does under your Physician's directives.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and seen all the available reports.
TSH is low indicating the dose of Thyronorm may need to be reduced. (now you are on 125 mcg)
Vitamin D is low and needs supplements in therapeutic doses.
RBC count is just below normal. Pomegranates helps for good recovery.
Low globulin may also need supplements.
HbA1c is just borderline hence not much worrisome if you reduce your sugar intake and increase exercises which suit you the most.
All these things will be corrected effectively once you consult your Physician as the medicines are prescription based and not OTC. The doses are also selected as per the exact clinical picture and presentation.
Please get these things done and you will be better.
Please give feedback.
Feel free to ask for further relevant queries.
Dr T Chandrakant.
Good evening,
Thanks a lot for the detailed prescription.
For thyroid TSH & Globulin, do i need to consult a General Physician or thyroid specialist.
Alto WBC count is also at 4.46, does it also require any supplement ?
Thanks and Regards
Rajesh G

Detailed Answer:
You can consult a good Physician or the Doctor whom you consulted last time. Consult Thyroid Specialist if your Physician suggests so. Reduction of a small amount of thyronorm can help. But let your Physician decide first and let me know.
WBC count is normal, no worries at the moment.
Also take a combination of Lycopene with multivitamins, mineral and trace elements. It helps.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
Take care.
I hope this answers your query.
Please give feedback.
Thanks a lot.
People who are seeing me after a long time informed that i have become thin. However i can see that my weight is almost in the same range.
Are there any chances of some tumor / cancer / other disorders. Is there any test that i can take to identify any such issues.
Thanks and Regards
Rajesh G

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
There are no symptoms hence nothing to worry about. X-ray Chest and Ultrasound (of abdomen) are normal.
Why are you worried then?
Few of the tumor markers that can be done for your age of 43 are as follows:
CEA and CA 19-9: for colorectal cancer.
PSA for prostate
X-ray Ultrasound already done
Any other tests if there is any change as explained above.
I hope this answer helps you further.
