Question: Hello Dr
I am a 26-year-old IT employee.
As my work is to work on a laptop, so on average I sit in front of a laptop for more than 10 hours.
From last 5-6 days, I feeling a headache every time I watch screen, please let me know what I can do to reduce my eye strain.
Currently, I am using MacBook Pro.
Do XXXXXXX lenses work in such situation?
Or what eye drop I can use to keep my eyes wet.

Brief Answer:
You should get you refractive error checked

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks . It looks like you suffer from computer vision syndrome in which the eyes become dry and pain and also you might be having a refractive error . You need to get that checked and use blue spectacles and also the screen settings of the laptop need to be changed for better protections of the eyes . You need to use artificial tear eye drops which are available OTC easily . Also follow the rule of 20 after every 20 mins look 20 feet away for 20 s . Hope it helps . Regards
