Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Perhaps you have scrotal LSC (Lichen Simplex Chronicus) which manifests as dry, scaly, thickened skin, redness and hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, I have not received any images. I'd request you to kindly try and upload the images again. You may also mail me the images at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line of the mail as ATTN: Dr. Kakkar.

Hope to assist you further once I get the images.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding Scrotal and Perianal itch

Detailed Answer:
thank you
I have reviewed the images. I will keep a possibility of scrotal LSC. I suggest you to use fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks. You may use an antifungal with steroid combination cream (e.g candid B cream) on perianal skin, twice daily l, as perianal itch is most likely due to candida overgrowth due to occlusion and moisture.

Hope I have answered your query
