Question: Hello Dr,
My daughter age 9 months now a days going potty during the time of meal taken. if she takes meal 4 times in a day then she will go potty 4 times . potty is normal. so sir pls suggest why she is going potty at the time of meal take only.

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
I won't get overly worried if baby is otherwise feeding well, active and the consistency of stool is normal. Sometimes urge to pass stool soon after having meal can be due to gastrocolic reflex and should not be worried about if no other associated symptoms.
In almost all cases the pattern of stool gets normal within few days.
If stool is hard this may be due to constipation and giving plenty of fluids and small dose of laxative will help in such cases.
