Brief Answer:
Keep a close watch

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your description your child seems to be doing fine after the fall.
You need to keep a close watch on her.
If she gets any of these symptoms ( vomiting, dullness, giddiness, headache, swelling, double vision, blurring of vision , nose or ear bleed, seizures, muscle or limb weakness) you need to get her examined and she may require a scan at that time.
But as of now, if she continues to be active, playful, I don't think there is any concern.
But still keep a close watch for next 2 days, as sometimes these symptoms can develop slowly too.
Regards
Dr Arun
