Brief Answer:
It's rbbb

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis. There is right bundle branch block with no significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, such patients needs echo to rule out possibility of structural heart disease and if echo is normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography to rule out possibility of ischemic heart disease.
So, it's rbbb for which further evaluation is required.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
