I went through the reports with diligence. Overall, the reports don't reveal anything alarming. There are mild to moderate health cardiovascular risks based on elevated hscRP value and elevated LDL. GGT is also slightly elevated. I would like to know a few details before giving my final comments.
1. I would like to know his past medical conditions. Does he have any known medical problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, previous heart disease, thyroid dysfunction and so on.
2. May I know his height and current weight?
3. Can you brief me about his life style. Does he smoke or consume alcohol?

Hello Dr, Please find details you asked for: 1. He has digestive issues, light hernia apart from that he regularly takes BP medicine Telma H. No history of heart disease, thyroid dysfunction and diabetes. He controlls his intake of butter and spices through diet 2. Glucoma in eyes 3. Height 5.6 weight 54Kg 4. Occacional drinking 4 pegs 30ml in a month . No smoking. He is active in house work and likes to go out please let me know if any further inputs are required. Thanks again, Ankit

HscRP as well as lipid profile results are used to identify the risks of cardiovascular disorders. Based on the test results, his life style and his weight, he has a low risks of cardiovascular disorders including future coronary artery disease and strokes. Therefore I am not overly worried about the test results.
I will encourage him to continue healthy life style. Keep his blood pressure under control. Keep screening blood sugars whenever possible. Try and cut down alcohol intake. That should do.
