Brief Answer:
It suggests Micro albuminuria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the Reports
Increased Urinary Albumin/ Creatinine ratio is suggestive of Micro albuminuria.
Severe exercise, Urinary tract infection, other acute illnesses can give raised levels.
It is raised in early kidney disease, mostly due to Diabetes or Hypertension.
She should be checked for Hypertension and Diabetes.
Please take her to a Physician or a Nephrologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
