Detailed Answer:

Hello Mr shrikant

welcome to ask a doctor.
thank you for the query.
i understand your concern.
I have been through all the reports you sent me.
Well usually fat deposition in pancreas is a part of visceral obesity (abdominal fat deposition) part of metabolic syndrome too (obesity).
In general these people are at risk of obesity, diabetes and fatty liver too.
But extremely rare though implicated in development of cancer.
Worthwhile reducing weight, regular exercising, avoidance of alcohol if any and good life style in such people.
so it is unlikely to cause any serious disease or cancer. No other test is usually required for this unless he has other abdominal symptoms like pain, weight loss, oil in stools etc.
Prognosis is usually good.
Hope this answers your query.
best wishes
happy to help.
