Brief Answer:
Further evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hello There

After going through your medical query and ecg attached by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that ecg is sinus rhythm with some STt changes in v5-v6 which can be indicative of some ischaemic changes and require a further evaluation.

Being diabetic you should get a basic cardiac evaluation which includes Lipid profile and an echocardiography.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
