After reviewing the ecg images attached by you I would like to tell you that there is some sort of rhythm abnormality going on but as the image quality is poor, so I am not able to make a clear diagnosis.
Request you to kindly upload a good quality images.
This patient will be requiring an echocardiogram and a holter monitoring.
