I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
This pattern of sleep disorder is called Early morning awakening insomnia. This type of sleep pattern is usually seen in fasting states, stress, depression, blood glucose low or high or due to some medicines.
Kindly let me know if you have diabetes or you take any medicine. Are you fasting? Are you under some stressful situation? Is there any disturbance in your sleeping environment?
If you are unsure about blood sugar levels, kindly get a fasting blood sugar level done.
I will also suggest that you eat something or take some milk on early waking, it will help fall back to sleep.
Medicines may help if sleep hygiene doesnot help. Sleep medicines are prescription medicines. You can also try Tab Melatonin 2 or 3 mg at bedtime for 5-7 days. Anti-allergic medicine like Diphenhydramine can also be used on bad days but it will cause sleepiness during daytime too. Medicines for insomnia maybe habit forming so avoid taking them regularly.
Follow sleep hygiene as described below:
No alcohol, coffee, tea, nicotine 4–6 hours preceding sleep
No exercise or running around, no tv, no book reading 4-6 hrs before sleep.
Quiet, dark, pleasantly cool bedroom and a comfortable bed.
Avoid long afternoon naps
