Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my answer.
* As per my clinical experience, the pulsating abdomen pain can be due to various
reasons as intestine colic, calculus related or else.
Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.
1. Pain - exact location in left abdomen, radiation if anywhere, frequency, any relation
with food intake ?
2. Associated vomiting or altered bowel habits if any ?
3. Urination disturbances if any ?
4. Does the intense pain require intake of medicines or subsides on its own ?
Awaiting for your response.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the details.
* As per previous discussion, calculus in the urinary system sounds more likely to be
reason behind the agony.
My guidelines at present
- drink more liquids
- cranberry XXXXXXX once daily in a glass of drinking water
- anti spasmodic tablet as dicyclomine or else has better pain relief capacity against
acetaminophen
- avoid excess perspiration, prolong sun exposure
- take an appointment with your doc for discussing need of ultrasound of the abdomen
& pelvis or an x-ray for the final diagnosis and management ahead.
Wish you best recovery and health.
Do feel free to discuss further.
Regards.
