From last 6 weeks I am feeling difficulty in breathing like shortening of breath. I have this problem from childhood. Normally it goes away without any medicines or by intaking MOX500.
Please note I have not used MOX500 from last 2 years.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It seems that you have bronchoconstriction for some reason. It could be an allergy to some food or medicine or it could be asthma type condition.
If its been getting better previously with mox500, thenit might be an infection. Mox500 is an antibiotic, Doxy is also an antibiotic named doxycycline. In my opinion Mox500 would have better worked for you as it has previously worked. Do you have any other symptoms like sputum or fever etc? If sputum is present, I will suggest a sputum culture and sensitivity to isolate the organism. Also get a chest X ray PA view. and upload the reports here.
Meanwhile you can take Tab Salbutamol whenever difficulty in breathing is bad. It will open the airways. It can be taken upto 2 times a day in dose of 2 mg. Inhaler may also be tried. It will help you breathe better.

Yes, I had fever few times . It maximum I could record was 99.3 .
Mox500 didn't work this time. I will try to get chest xray asap and upload.

Just wanted to add, I had sputum as well. But it comes out only when I try.

Attaching Xray of my chest.
Didn't had enough cough( almost negligible today) may be due to medicines hence couldn't get sputum test. I would also like to mention that last night took ABD plus and there was some relief today after 3 pm and 7 pm.

This X ray is normal, so the pathology is not in lungs. The problem is just in throat or bronchi (windpipe).
You can bring the bottle for sputum from laboratory and take the sample when there is enough sputum.
I feel the throat or bronchi are constricting due to some allergen (possibility of parasite is also there). Rather than ABD plus, take only ABD when needed. Avoid the ivermectin as it can have side effects. We need to figure out the allergen also. If sputum, sneezing or runny nose is there then you can take tab cetrizine for relief. Its an anti-allergic. Also Syrup Salbutamol or an inhaler of salbutaml may be taken for shortness of breath when needed. These medicines may not be taken in a continuation. Take it on "as-needed" basis XXXXXXX 2 times a day.

For sputum test I will follow as suggested by you.

Hello Ma'am,
Sputum test still not available as didn't get enough cough. Infact it's almost negligible these days.
My condition is also improved like 70% recovered. Right now my throat feel light burn and soreness. Please suggest further actions.
