Brief Answer:
Candida infection is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be having thrush or candida infection.
Taking antibiotics can make it worse.
I think you can take antifungal creams such as Clotrmazole or Miconazole cream to use locally.

If it still doesn't go away you can use oral antifungal medications.
Wear cotton and loose underwear. Wash it and dry well.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Use oral antifungals.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

The candida infection usually doesn't have discharge.
Taking count that you have it even in other parts of the body you can use oral antifungals such as Fluconazole or Itraconazole. You may need a prescription from your local physician for these.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Use clotrimazole ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

In my opinion, this maybe a fungal infection and may get better with oral anti-fungal like fluconazole and ointment like clotrimazole. Firstly clotrimazole must be tried. Fluconazole may have side effects, so it should be taken under supervision of a doctor. Clotrimazole is available over the counter. You can apply it over affected areas, two times a day for 5 days. If it doesnot work, then a doctor's visit maybe needed to confirm diagnosis.

So take clotrimazole ointment found over the counter (without prescription) in pharmacy.
