
Hello I Am 21 Years Old And I Started Weight

Question: Hello I am 21 years old and I started weight lifting at 16 but at 17 I had problems whith my epicondylitis tenis and golf elbow. And for that I never keeped training normal because of that. Is there any whey I can continue my training to the XXXXXXX . every time I start after a while that I had stopped I start feeling it again. please find me a solution thank you all the best

Since this is a chronic condition it is best you can try Ultrasound therapy or PRP injection. These are safe and effective methods. Do consult your Orthopaedic surgeon in the hospital.
In the mean time, wearing a tennis elbow splint, physiotherapy and application of warm packs will help.
