Hello, I Am 25. I Had Reoccurring Anal Abscesses That

Question: Hello,
I am 25. I had reoccurring anal abscesses that I had to have drained over the course of the last 7 years. 6 months ago I went to the hospital because I thought I had developed another one close to where one was previously drained. They did a CT scan and said I had subtle soft tissue asymmetry in the right perineum with a small gas pocket to the right of the mid line with no drain-able fluid seen. They diagnosed me with cellulitis and gave me antibiotics. This cleared up most of it but after the 10 days of antibiotics it was still there, I went back and they just said it was an abscess and to heat pack it twice a day. I did that and in a few days it was gone. Now 6 months later I do not feel or see any abscess, however sometimes I do develop little pimple like things on the outside of my rectum and recently sometimes when I wipe after pooping there is a little bit of blood coming from one spot on the outside of my rectum that seems to be stemming from where my previous abscess was drained. There is no blood in my poop or in the toilet, and by looking in the mirror I can tell the blood is coming out a sort of pimple like thing on the side of my rectum and not actually coming from inside my rectum. I also checked my poop multiple days to make sure and there was no poop. I should also note there is usually only blood after eating foods that hurt my stomach and I find myself pushing to get the poop out. Still, I am very scared that I could have something serious like cancer but because of corona virus I am terrified to go to an ER and I do not have health insurance. Can you please help me.

Brief Answer:
It looks like FISTULA IN ANO
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description,it could be FISTULA IN ANO.
It usually occurs after Rupture/Drainage of Perianal abscess. There will be external opening which will communicating into Inside of Rectum/Anal Canal. It is a track from inside to outside.
There are no Medicines for FISTULA IN ANO.The entire fistulous tract should be removed by Surgery.
I will get a Fistulogram to know the level of Internal opening.
As there is communication from.inside Blood/pus will be coming from the external peri anal opening.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
