Question: Hello I am 35 years old... I have thyroid and recently I got diabetes also... now my problem is I am getting constipation problem... with slight bleeding... please help me what to do???

In Hypothyroidism, Diabetes there will be Constipation. Thyroid hormone levels,Blood Sugar levels should be normal.Bleeding per rectum can be due to Haemorrhoids or Fissure in Ano.
If bleeding is associated with pain, it could be Anal Fissure.
These conditions can be diagnosed by clinical examination only.
Please take plenty of liquids., High'fiber diet.
Your stool should be soft.
Please consult a General Surgeon or Surgical Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
