Brief Answer:
If you don't have the following symptoms than no worries
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor
I can understand your concern
In my opinion if you have no other signs and symptoms like breathlessness or chest pain or epigastric pain or shoulder pain than no worries.
It might be a viral situation combined with cough and due to the fact that you are taking aspirin probably the blood it might be from it.Usually it should disappear after 2-3 days and you don't need to do anything else regarding
Please if you have any of the above symptoms than you should talk with your doctor to do an ECG to exclude heart problems and a chest X ray for lung diseases
Hope to have been helpful.
