Brief Answer:
Probably the symptoms are related to acid reflux, I suggest using Baclofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

I understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastroesophageal reflux disease.

I see that you are already using medications such as Tums and Prilosec to relieve the symptoms.

I recommend to continue using Tums to neutralize the stomach acid.

I also recommend to use Prilosec in the morning before breakfast to block the acid production.

I suggest to add muscle relaxants such as Baclofen three tablets a day to relieve the pain.

I suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms and eat small frequent meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
