Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Nowadays, the world has been threatened by pandemic flu called COVID-19.

Fever, dry cough and breathlessness are the usual the symptoms but patient may have anosmia, loss of appetite and diarrhea.
The patients have a travel history to the affected countries or a history of contact with someone who had a travel history.

As per the symptoms, it is very likely that you and your wife have a mild respiratory tract infection (ARTI).
You need to do steam inhalation and warm saline gargles
Take antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5mg at night time.
If the symptoms do not improve, see your clinician for further evaluation and management.

If you have a travel history or contact with someone who had travelled out of country (the community spread of Corona till now has been very rare )then you need to self quarantine yourself for next 14 days and maintain hand hygiene and asepsis.

Continue to take Tulsi as it,along with ginger, garlic, turmeric and green tea are proven immune boosters and help body to fight with external infections.

Hope I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
