Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The treatment you are taking is correct for respiratory tract infections.
Diarrhoea is sometimes a side effect of amoxicillin - clavulonic acid.
It is caused because of the impaired bacterial balance of intestinal flora. Taking probiotics is good. Also remember to keep yourself hydrated. The diahorrea caused by amoxicillin - clavulonic acid may last for 4 days to 9 days. If you can support it continue to take the medications if you don't you may talk to your doctor about stopping it.
Also the back pain, abdominal pain and testicle pain doesn't seem much related to amoxicillin - clavulonic acid usage. These symptoms are not common while using it.
I can think of an urinary track infection which is not sensitive to amoxicillin - clavulonic acid treatment.
I can suggest you to do an urine analysis and uroculture to check for it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
