Brief Answer:
Male hypogonadism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have hone through your query and understood your concern.

The normal range of testosteron in males is anywhere from 9 to 32nmol/l.
It is true, considering your last testosteron results you have low levels of testosteron in your body.

I want to underline that as a man ages, the amount of testosterone in his body gradually drops.
This natural decline starts after age 30 and continues about 1% per year ,throughout his life.

There are many other potential causes of low testosterone, like:
Trauma or infection of the testes ;Dysfunction or tumors of the pituitary gland;Medications(opioids, chemotherapy,steroids);Acute/chronic illness(like Diabetes,HIV,Sarcoidosis);Alcohol abuse and Chronic stress.

The treatement of low T level is testosteron replacement therapy.
This therapy is very helpful to improve sex drive, bone /muscle mass, energy and to have healthier heart.

So you can feel better and have your normal life back.

Hope this is helpful.
Regards.

Thank you, Doctor!

Would you please give me some recommendations of the various TRT options?

I will clearly visit a doctor to have these prescribed to me. However, I need to understand as much as possible before my appointment.

Will you please list the treatment option in the order of most 'safe' / least invasive to the more extreme measures?

I would like to begin with a non supplement but a real medication.

Brief Answer:
Transdermal,gel,patch,injection.

Detailed Answer:
HI again XXXXXXX
I appologise for the late reply.

There are several ways to do TRT.
Some methods require daily administration, while others only need to be done on a monthly basis.

There are four main forms of testosterone replacement therapy:oral medications, intramuscular injections, transdermal patches and topical creams

There’s also a form of TRT that involves rubbing testosterone on your gums twice daily.

Your best option will depend on your medical needs as well as your lifestyle.

The ideal TRT would be one that mimics the normal physiologic state and is safe, efficient, and easy to use.

I suggest to discuss with your local doctor about the right form of TRT for you and the benefits/riscs in men using form of TRT long term.

Hope i have clarified all your doubts.
Best regards.
