Hello, I Am A 40 Year Old Female With A

Question: Hello, I am a 40 year old female with a previous diagnosis of endometriosis (2005) and hemorrhoids from child birth 1996. I have NEVER experienced blood from my rectum before and recently within the last 4 months I have experienced this sporadically (Maybe twice in those 4 months) which let me to think it was my hemorrhoids. However, yesterday and today I experienced it again, this time with intermittent upper right quadrant pain, the pain feels a little sharp when it comes on then goes away it doesn't last more than a minute but is persistent in coming an going. Yesterday and today will be the 3rd and 4th time I see bright red blood when I poop. When I went to the bathroom yesterday to poop there was allot of bright red blood in the toilet, I confirmed it was not my monthly period and when I wiped my bottom it had blood, the blood does not gush out on its own, the blood is only coming out when I go poop, this morning, there was bright red blood again when I passed gas while using the bathroom to urinate. Again I confirmed it was not from my vaginal area. What is concerning to me is that this has now become a thing all though it is not happening everyday I have had some major life events where I have been extremely stressed and am concerned this could be an ulcer or some other underlying diagnosis. My symptoms are as follows: Right upper quadrant pain (intermittent sharp pain for the past 2-3 days, bright red blood when I poop, bright red blood when gas was passed (first time experiencing blood when passing gas no pain), increase in passing gas within the last month, significant increase in stress within the last 8 months, fatigue. NO vomiting, NO rectum pain, NO hemorrhoid pain, hemorrhoid DO NOT seem inflamed, NO constant diarrhea.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Sorry for the delayed response,
The bleeding could be due to a pile or fissure which only can be confirmed by clinical examination or a proctoscopy.
The treatment for both above conditions starts with reducing constipation.
Start SYP CREMAFFIN 15ml after food in the night daily for 15 days.
Consult a general surgeon for examination.
Wish you good health.
regards,
Physical examination
